Your shipment has been shipped flash frozen to insure FOOD SAFETY to your door. The Lucky’s Wagyu cuts may arrive frozen or partially thawed. You have a couple of storage options to insure the quality and safety of these Noble Cuts:

Lucky’s Artisan Wagyu Burger – Follow traditional hamburger cooking techniques on
grill, griddle or skillet, cooking until your desired safe degree of doneness.
NOTE: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
Lucky’s Wagyu Delmonico Steak Meat – Re-Heating Directions
Remove meat from the cryovac bag directly into your skillet, taco, quesadilla or sandwich, flash heat to warm safely to 165 degrees F. Ready to serve.
Suggested heating technique as the meat just needs
to be flash heated:Skillet (thorough heat), Grill (bottom/top heat), Salamander or Broiler (top heat), Convex or conveyor oven (dry fast heat), Microwave (fast heat)
Lucky;s Smoked Beef Brats – Follow traditional brats cooking techniques on grill,
griddle or skillet, cooking until your desired safe degree of doneness.
